RETURN BY POSTAGE (Shipping charges will be borne by you)
Step 1: Email our Customer Happiness at rehlaians@gmail.com and provide the following details:
Name (as per invoice)
Email Adress
Invoice Number / Order ID
Reason for exchange
If you are eligible, a return and refund form will be sent to you by email. Please expect you will get the status within 3-5 business days.
Step 2: Please insert the completed Return Form into the parcel. Parcel without a Return Form will not be processed by the third-party warehouse.
Step 3: Pack your item(s) with the original packaging. Return the parcel to the address provided (as in the email)
Step 4: Post the parcel(s) to us via your preferred courier services.
Step 5: Your refund will be credited within 14-30 working days once the parcel arrives.
REHLA will not be liable for any loss or damage to your return package handled by the courier company of your choice
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Policy
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
